• 没有看到相机画面：如果曾拒绝相机权限，App 会显示全屏权限页并遮住其他操作。点击“前往设置”，然后在 iOS“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 相机”中允许 Touch Designer。完成授权后，进入 App、从后台返回或从作品页返回时会自动打开前置预览。
• 双手追踪不稳定：请让两只手完整进入画面，保持充足光线和清晰背景，并尽量避免手指互相遮挡。前置镜头默认使用自拍镜像；可在非录制状态切换为后置镜头。
• 无法开始录制：首次录制需要麦克风权限，用于将现场声音写入视频。如果曾拒绝，App 会显示全屏权限页；点击“前往设置”，然后在 iOS“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 麦克风”中允许 Touch Designer 后再试。
• 录制为什么会自动结束：每段视频最长 30 秒。录制键的白色圆环会显示倒计时，最后 3 秒显示 3、2、1，结束后会按正常流程保存到“作品”。
• BGM 什么时候播放：预览和切换音乐时不会播放。开始录制并写入首帧后，所选 BGM 才会循环播放并混入成片；若后台关闭“显示 BGM 选择框”，新录制仅保留麦克风声音。
• 作品保存在哪里：成功视频始终保存在 App 内“作品”列表。默认会额外保存一份到系统“照片”，可在“作品 → 保存设置”关闭；同步开启后如拒绝“仅添加到照片”权限，App 会显示全屏权限页。删除 App 内作品不会删除已同步的系统相册副本。
• 免费次数和广告如何工作：广告限制开启时会显示当天剩余免费录制次数；额度耗尽后，完整观看激励广告可解锁后台配置的额外次数。广告关闭或广告位配置不完整时，录制直接可用并隐藏免费额度文案。

Frequently Asked Questions

• No camera preview: if Camera permission was denied, the app shows a full-screen permission page that blocks other controls. Tap Open Settings, then allow Touch Designer in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. After authorization, the front-camera preview starts automatically when you enter the app, return from the background, or close Works.
• Unstable hand tracking: keep both hands fully in frame with adequate light and a clear background, and avoid covering fingers with each other. The front camera is mirrored by default; you can switch to the rear camera while not recording.
• Cannot start recording: the first recording needs Microphone permission to write live sound into the video. If it was denied, the app shows a full-screen permission page. Tap Open Settings, allow Touch Designer in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone, then try again.
• Why did recording stop automatically? Each video is limited to 30 seconds. The white ring around the record button counts down, displays 3, 2, 1 during the final three seconds, and then saves the work through the normal flow.
• When does BGM play? It does not play during preview or while changing music. After recording starts and the first frame is written, the selected BGM loops and is mixed into the finished video. If the remote “Show BGM Selector” setting is off, new recordings use microphone sound only.
• Where are works saved? Finished videos always remain in the in-app Works list. By default, an additional copy is saved to Photos; you can turn this off in Works → Save Settings. If Save to Photos is on and Add-Only Photos permission is denied, the app shows a full-screen permission page. Deleting an in-app work does not delete an already-synced Photos copy.
• How do free recordings and ads work? When the ad restriction is active, the app shows the remaining free recordings for the day. After they are used, watching a rewarded ad in full can unlock the remotely configured number of additional recordings. When ads are off or the rewarded placement is incomplete, recording remains available and the free-credit copy is hidden.
• Privacy and permissions: camera frames, hand landmarks, recordings, and works are processed on your device. Read the Privacy Policy for details about Camera, Microphone, Photos, ads, and UMP consent.
