常见问题

• 看不到照片：请在 iOS 设置中确认照片权限。有限访问时，只会显示你授权的项目。
• 收藏没有同步：请确认 App 有修改照片库的权限，然后重新下滑收藏。
• 删除没有立即发生：这是正常设计。上滑只加入待删除区，最终删除需要在待删除页再次确认。
• 视频无法播放：当前整理流优先展示视频封面，后续版本会继续增强视频预览体验。
• 青梨 Plus：Plus 可关闭 App 内广告、提供无限整理额度，并解锁相似照片整理；完全重复和“查找相同图片”继续免费。
• 购买、恢复或取消 Plus：价格和首月优惠资格以 App Store 显示为准。购买后可在 App 内选择“恢复购买”；自动续费可在 iOS 的 App Store 订阅管理中取消或管理。

Welcome to Pear Album. If you have issues with Photos permission, Favorites sync, Pending Delete, system deletion, or Pear Album Plus, please review the information below.

FAQ

• Photos do not appear: check Photos permission in iOS Settings. With limited access, only authorized items are shown.
• Favorite does not sync: make sure the app has permission to modify the photo library, then swipe down again.
• Deletion does not happen immediately: this is by design. Swiping up adds an item to Pending Delete; final deletion requires another confirmation.
• Video playback: the current cleanup flow prioritizes video cover previews. Video preview will be improved in future versions.
• Pear Album Plus: Plus turns off in-app ads, provides unlimited cleanup credits, and unlocks similar photo cleanup. Exact duplicates and Find Identical Images remain free.
• Buying, restoring, or canceling Plus: prices and introductory-offer eligibility are shown by the App Store. Use Restore Purchases in the app after a purchase; manage or cancel auto-renewal in iOS App Store subscription management.
